Here are a few of the websites that I have designed:
| Client: |
Quality Associates International, Inc. |
| URL: |
http://www.quality-one.com |
| Notes: |
Metro Detroit-based quality engineering firm. Prior website used an outdated table-based design. Client wanted to ensure that their website was scalable and accessable, so the site was rebuilt using W3C-compliant XHTML and CSS in a tableless layout. PHP and MySQL were used for back end connectivity to client databases. |

The Tricky Dicks |
| URL: |
http://www.tricky-dicks.com |
| Notes: |
A site that was built for a Metro-Detroit area rock and roll band. Main project requirement was that the site could be easily updated and maintained by band members with little to no knowledge of HTML.* This was accomplished by using Joomla (a popular content management system), Zen Cart (a popular open-source shopping cart application), and PHPBB (a popular open-source forum application). All three are easy and intuitive for non-technical people to use and best of all, all three applications are open-source which means free.
* Disclaimer - I am a member of the band. The project requirement was that the site should be easily updated and maintained by the other members of the band who are not Web developers. |

Home on Lake Norman |
| URL: |
http://www.homeonlakenorman.com |
| Notes: |
This site was built for a real estate agent/broker friend of mine. The site contains information about the Lake Norman, NC area including local schools, attractions, golf courses, weather, Lake Norman water temperature and lake level, and links to other Lake Norman Resources. The site also contains resources for home buyers and sellers including mortgage calculators and free home valuations. The site was rebuilt using Joomla as the client wanted to be able to edit the content of the website in the future without knowing code or having to hire a designer. Several customized modules and plugins were developed to integrate the real estate tools into the site. |
